Data Analyst

Windrose Vision is looking for someone who has experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis developing surveys, and programming macros.

A data analyst position requires someone who is able to perform the following tasks:

  • Develop and maintain databases and ensure reliable data

  • Develop Excel macros for extracting data from diverse sources

  • Create pivot tables to summarize data

  • Prepare queries and reports for databases

  • Collect, enter, and prepare data for quantitative and qualitative analyses

  • Assist in developing protocols and data collection tools

  • Extract data from diverse primary and secondary sources following established protocols

  • Filter and clean data

  • Conduct statistical analysis using SPSS

  • Interpret results of statistical analysis

  • Use visualization tools to summarize data

  • Assist in developing written reports, oral briefings, publications, and presentations

Preferred software experience:

  • Python

  • SQL

  • Excel

  • SPSS

Mid-level Evaluator/ Survey Methodologist

Windrose Vision is seeking a Mid-level Evaluator/Survey Methodologist to work on projects in a team-based and fast-paced research environment. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing evaluation plans, designing surveys, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

This position requires extensive writing of evaluation findings in the form of reports, presentations, briefings, and manuscripts. The ideal candidate will pay extensive attention to detail and produce written products with little to no editing required.

  • Excel

  • SPSS
